The last Dorset refuge of the Silver-spotted Skipper, Fontmell offers a great opportunity to study this and other downland specialities like Brown Argus, Chalkhill Blue and the second brood of Adonis Blue.

Meet 1.00 pm at the National Trust car park, map reference ST 886 187. There is alternative parking around the triangle at ST 888 185.
