One of the highlights of the calendar is the annual Bat and Moth Night at the Glasgow Botanic Gardens. Volunteers from Butterfly Conservation will be there to show you some of the marvellous moths that have been trapped using a light trap in the gardens. This will be followed by a bat walk around the grounds, listening and looking out for the bats hunting insects as they fly overhead.

Time: 7.30pm - 9pm, Friday 2nd September.
Location: meet outside the large glasshouse called the Kibble Palace.
Booking: book your place here.
